Delicious Easy Bramley Apple and Sultana Crumble Recipe
Even though spring seems to be finally here I love my once a week comfort food dessert and Crumble a classic School Dinner Dessert is my favourite. There are so many different ways to make it but the one that we seem to make through the year is this Delicious Bramley Apple and Sultana Crumble. I love just plain apple crumble but the cinnamon and the sultana’s really make this version a little extra treat than just plain apples. I like to use either our classic Crumble Topping or our Oaty Crumble which I will be sharing soon.

When an item can be used for multiple purposes in my kitchen I’m always happy. I have a set of different sized Oval Pyrex dishes that pretty much get used for most things like our Shepherd’s Pie, Lasagne, Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding and any time I make a Crumble.
A peeler and corer are the other essentials it makes it easier for my kids to join in preparing the dessert as well. This apple and avocado set is an updated version of the one that I have and probably the best item in it is the apple slicer – so many snack times made easier using one of these!
I love a pop of colour at the table and these colourful bowls are perfect for cereal in the morning, dessert throughout the day and look good enough for when we entertain as well. I love the unusual shape of them too!
