Homemade Tzatziki Dip Recipe
Easy homemade Greek Tzatziki dip recipe to make. Perfect for summer salads and in pita bread.

Ingredients
500
g
Greek Yogurt
FULL FAT
½
Cucumber
½
tsp
Salt
3
Cloves
Garlic
Pepper
To Taste
Instructions
Peel and grate the cucumber into a bowl.
Sprinkle with the salt and mix together.
Leave to the side for 1 hour.
Mince the garlic in a garlic crusher.
In a bowl mix together the Yoghurt and the Garlic.
Drain the Cucumber in a sieve to remove most of the liquid.
Add the drained cucumber to the yogurt and mix.
Season with pepper to taste.
Notes
If you wish you can add 1/2 teaspoon of freshly chopped dill to the mix.
