Instructions
Chop the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a large bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, pickle gherkin juice, mustard, powdered mustard, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika to the boil.
Stir to combine the eggs and dressing.
Gently mix in the chopped bacon until combined.
Place in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
