Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C and prepare a 9x13 baking dish by greasing it thouroughly.
In a large frying pan, melt 60g of butter over medium low heat.
When the butter is melted, add the flour and whisk to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until golden brown.
Add the chicken broth and milk and whisk until smooth.
Simmer until the sauce is thickened, then remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti, turkey, peas, and cheese and stir until combined.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
In a small saucepan, melt the remaining 30g of butter.
Combine the melted butter with the breadcrumbs and top the pasta mixture with the breadcrumb.
Add the grated parmesan cheese to the top of the pasta bake.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
