Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C and prepare a casserole dish by greasing it.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
When butter is melted, add the flour and whisk.
Heat until mixture is brown and bubbly.
Add the chicken stock and milk. Whisk to combine.
Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, whisking constantly.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, turkey, and the frozen green beans.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with gravy mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the stuffing has browned and the gravy is bubbling.
