Easy Mince Pies
Easy Christmas mince pies for kids to make.

Ingredients
Ready Rolled Short Crust Pastry
Fruit Mince Meat in jar.
Flour for rolling
Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
Lay the pastry on a lightly floured work space. Cut circles with biscuit cutters to fit the baking tin. Reserve pastry offcuts for decorating.
Use a spoon to transfer fruit mincemeat into each pastry cup.
Use the pastry offcuts to cut small shapes for lids. Prick with a fork.
Bake at 200 c for 18 minutes (fan assisted and not preheated).
Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
