Simple Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Large Leafed Lettuce
(Iceberg)
Carrots
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Protein-based food
Chopped ham, cubes of cheese, hummus
Instructions
Carefully wash and spin lettuce leaves and lay out flat on chopping board.
Peel and grate carrot.
Wash and chop tomatoes and cucumber.
Add protein of your choice, for example chopped ham, cubes of cheese or a spoon of hummus.
Wrap the lettuce around the ingredients like a tortilla or parcel and slice in half.
