Delicious Bramley Apple and Sultana Crumble
Classic family dessert with a twist this Bramley apple crumble is easy to make and best served with some vanilla ice-cream or to compliment the sweetness of the apples some natural yoghurt.

Ingredients
Basic Crumble Topping
2
large Bramley Apple
5
tablespoons
dried Sultana's
¼
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
3
tablespoons
caster sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C
Peel, core and cut into cubes 1 large bramley apple.
Place in the bottom of the pie dish.
Sprinkle with the ground cinnamon and Sugar.
Mix together with your hands.
Add in your Sultana's.
Mix together.
Pour the Crumble Topping over the top.
Place in the oven for around 30 minutes until the top is golden.
