Margarine

Self Raising Flour

Cinnamon

Soft brown sugar
plus a little extra for sprinkling

Dried Mixed Fruit
you can combine ingredients to make your own

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C
Put margarine into a mixing bowl
Sieve the self-raising flour and cinnamon in
Rub the flour and margarine together to a breadcrumb consistency
Add the sugar and dried mixed fruit and stir together
Whisk and pour in the mix
Mix together and if it is too dry add a little milk
Line two baking trays with greaseproof
paper
Divide the mixture into 11 or 12 sections and lay on the lined baking trays
Place in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown around the edges
Take out and cool before transferring to a cooling rack.
