Soft Margaine

Caster Sugar

Vanilla Extract

Baking Powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C
Weigh out the ingredients
Cream together the margarine and sugar
Add in vanilla extract
Add the two eggs and mix
Combine the mix with flour and baking powder
Share evenly between 12 muffin cases
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes in the center of the preheated oven
Leave to cool
Decorate as you wish
