Bite-Sized Bacon Wrapped Chicken Pieces

A simple appetiser to make chicken breasts. Lighty flavoured with fajita seasoning and wrapped in bacon. Perfect for bite-sized party canapes and food.

Ingredients

  • 453 g chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 pieces streaky bacon (smoked) cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 120 ml barbeque sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200C degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with tin foil and placing a wire cooling rack on top.
  • Season chicken with fajita seasoning.
  • Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Cook the chicken pieces on top of the rack for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and brush barbeque sauce on each piece of chicken.
  • Move it to the top grill and cook for 5 mins on full heat.
