Bite-Sized Bacon Wrapped Chicken Pieces
A simple appetiser to make chicken breasts. Lighty flavoured with fajita seasoning and wrapped in bacon. Perfect for bite-sized party canapes and food.

- 453 g chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 pieces streaky bacon (smoked) cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 120 ml barbeque sauce
Preheat oven to 200C degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with tin foil and placing a wire cooling rack on top.
Season chicken with fajita seasoning.
Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Cook the chicken pieces on top of the rack for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush barbeque sauce on each piece of chicken.
Move it to the top grill and cook for 5 mins on full heat.
