sausage meat

red wine vinegar

salt

ground black pepper

garlic powder

onion powder

dried parsley

tsp
dried basil
reduce this is you are not keen on the flavour of basil

light brown sugar

optional I used Mulato Chilli flakes these are very mild and my kids love the richness they bring
Instructions
Place the ingredients in a bowl.
Knead with your hands until fully combined.
Divide the sausage meat in half and wrap in freezer paper to form a roll.
Place in the freezer.
When needed remove and defrost for 12hrs before use in the freezer.
