Easy Baileys Fudge with Chopped Pecans

Ingredients

  • 560 g Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 397 g can sweeten condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 120 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 125 g chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Line a 9-inch square baking tin with greaseproof paper. Set aside
  • Using a double boiler melt the chocolate chips with condensed milk in the top of the double boiler.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the oil, vanilla, Baileys Irish Cream, and chopped pecans.
  • Pour into the prepared tin.
  • Smooth the fudge until even.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Store in the refrigerator or wrap and give to others for Christmas Treats and Gifts
