At Room Temperature can also be exchanged for Soft Margarine

Dissolved in 1 tbsp of hot water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/370F and line a 12 hole muffin tin with liners.
Into a Stand Mixer place the caster sugar and butter. Cream until fluffy.
Beat the 2 eggs in a jar and add this to the butter mix with a spoon of flour at a time. This will stop the mixture curdling as it combines.
Now add the flour and baking powder to the mixture.
Combine and then add the chocolate mix.
Spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases. Tap the tray on the surface to level them out.
Now place in the centre of the oven for between 12 and 15 minutes depending on your oven.
Take out and allow to cool before decorating or eating.
