Ingredients

Can of Chickpeas
Garbanzo Beans

Red Onion

Cloves
Garlic

Salt
Pepper
To taste

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Drain and rinse your chickpeas.
Place them in a bowl to be blended.
Chop the onion into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Mince the garlic and add to the bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
Add your oil.
Using a hand blender mix until everything is smooth and combined.
Serve with chips, vegetables and enjoy!
