Ingredients
100gMilk Chocolate for cooking
2 shredded wheats
1BagCadbury Mini Eggs
Instructions
Put the shredded wheat into a ziplock bag and crush it.
Break up the chocolate. I find it tastes better to use something like Dairy Milk rather than cooking chocolate or unsweetened in this recipe.
Place your chocolate broken up into a microwavable bowl and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, take out stir and then put back in for an extra 30 seconds - repeat until all your chocolate has melted (will vary depending on the microwave).
Pour the crushed shredded wheat in with the chocolate and mix together.
Put a small nest of the chocolate shredded wheat into a cupcake cake.
Then add a few Cadbury Mini Eggs to the nest and leave to cool.
Notes
If you don't have a microwave you can put the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a small pan and stir the chocolate over the heat until it melts.
