Gluten Free Space Rock Cakes
Gluten Free Version of our favourite Space Rock Cakes for cooking with Toddlers and young kids

Ingredients
200
g
Doves Farm White Bread Flour

Pure Dairy Free sunflower spread

Baking Powder

tsp
Xantham gum

Soft Light Brown Sugar

Raisns

Preferred Alternative to Milk that you use for cooking
If Needed
Edible Glitter
Gold and Silver Food Dust
Instructions
Preheat the Oven to 200C
Add flour, Xantham gum and baking powder to a bowl and mix
Add the margarine and then using your fingers crumble the mix
Stir in the Sugar and Raisins
Beat an egg and pour over
Mix to make a cookie dough consistency
Line a baking tray with Greaseproof Paper
Divide the mix into 6 large cakes or 12 small cakes and place on the baking tray leaving enough room between for spreading
Bake for 10 - 20 minutes checking regularly to see when they are done
Take out and leave to cool before sprinkling with your glitter and gold dust
