Easy St. Patrick’s Day Sugar Cookies Recipe

These no-chill sugar cookies make 36 cookies and are ready in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients for your St Patrick’s Day no Chill Sugar Cookies

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Green food coloring
  • Green sugar sprinkles

How to Make St Patrick’s Day Sugar Cookies with Kids

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
