When I was young so so much younger than I am now there was a cookie that I discovered in the USA that made my mouth water. When I worked in Costa Rica the student groups we worked with had one item on their packing lists that was just for me. So when 9 years ago they appeared in our local supermarket here in the UK whilst I was pregnant I was overjoyed. I now could enjoy the deliciousness that was Oreo Cookies in the UK without having to beg my parents to bring them back from a visit with my brother. Now the world’s favourite cookie and with so many different varieties to choose from there is something that everyone will love. The latest selection is the delicious Flavours Range with 4 flavours that will perfectly suit your personality and taste. Ingredients
Pack of Choc’o Brownie Flavour Oreo Cookies
200g White Chocolate Chips
Food colouring Gel – Orange and Black
How to Make your Snowmen Bites from Choc’o Brownie Flavour Oreo Cookies
Start by melting your chocolate chips.
Whilst these are melting line a baking tray with some silicone paper or use a baking tray liner so that the snowmen won’t stick.
Once melted coat the Oreos with the white chocolate.
Leave to cool in the Fridge.
Mix up the food colouring gel with a little water and if needed add a sprinkle of icing sugar as this will make the gel much easier to paint on the hardened chocolate.
Once you have your snowmen faces let dry and then enjoy – 1 cookie = 1 serving
