St Patrick’s Day Mocktail Recipe for Kids
This fun drink serves 6 and takes just 10 minutes to prepare—perfect for a quick and easy St. Patrick’s Day treat!
Ingredients for St Patrick’s Day Mocktail
- 1 can frozen limeade
- 4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 liter lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 to 2 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 1 quart rainbow sherbet
- Rainbow lace candy for decorating
How to make your Rainbow Mocktail
1. Stir together the pineapple juice, limeade, lemon-lime soda, and green food coloring in a large pitcher.

Optional – at this point you could split the juice in half and add some green food colouring to half of them as we have below.

2. Spoon 2 to 3 scoops of rainbow sherbet into each cup.

3. Pour the juice mixture over the top of the sherbet.

4. Top with a rainbow lace candy.
