These little tortilla pizza cups are a quick win for pizza night or party trays. Cut the tortillas; the kids press them into the tin, spoon on sauce, sprinkle cheese and toppings, and we’re eating in minutes. You can swap ready-made pizza dough if you prefer – just follow the packet bake time. These are one of those easy recipes that kids big or small will love to make. So here you go our family’s favourite muffin tin pizza cups.

Tortilla Pizza Cups
These are so simple to make, just use a round cutter to turn tortillas into circles, tuck them into a muffin tin to make “cups”, then add pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni (or your favourite toppings). They bake fast, go crispy at the edges, and pop out easily for small hands. Just take care to let them cool a little before you bite as the sauce can be hot!
