Tortilla Pizza Cups

These are so simple to make, just use a round cutter to turn tortillas into circles, tuck them into a muffin tin to make “cups”, then add pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni (or your favourite toppings). They bake fast, go crispy at the edges, and pop out easily for small hands. Just take care to let them cool a little before you bite as the sauce can be hot!
