March 5 – Rainbows
I love this theme as it’s gives an opportunity to talk about the weather, light and colours and is perfect for St Patrick’s Day as well. This year we have chosen the book Rainbow of My Own by Don Freeman.
March 12 – Bunnies
March 19 – Eggs
March 26 – Birds

One of our favourite field trips is to take the kids to Zoo. It’s a fantastic way to get them to see some of the animals they only ever see in books and on TV. Our featured book Good Night Gorilla by Peggy Rathmann is perfect to read together and make sure you plan a trip to your nearest Zoo this week.
April 16 – Community Helpers
April 23 – Frogs
Plan ahead and select some of these suggestions for Frog and Tadpole Activities and Crafts for Toddlers and Preschoolers to do this week.

When you sign up now you also get the latest book list and the previous book lists from this year to help you source them to add to your book box.
The other way is to join us over on Facebook in our Weekly Virtual Book Club for Kids. Myself (Cerys) plus the co-hosts share activities and ideas based on the themes throughout the week. I hope to see you over there.
