Creation Station Christmas Cards

Christmas Card making creation stationFor J and T I set up an area at the table like above so that they could create some christmas cards with the theme christmas tree.

creative christmas with preschoolersJ (3 and 2 months) set about creating his cards all by himself – he stuck sticks for the trunks, then used the triangles I had cut for trees.

christmas crafts for kidsWith T (20 months) I helped by gluing the sticks and trees for her as the glue is quite difficult to get out of the tube but she set about using the glitter glue, buttons and jewels herself. The top row of cards are T’s creations and the bottom row are J’s.

  2. I agree totally with this article. We know that kids love making cards. Not just through our work, either, my kids spend so much time sticking, cutting and drawing cards for friends and family. They just love it!
