Did you see earlier in the week that we made Rhubarb Crumble – that’s because it’s rhubarb season in our garden, I love how easy it is to grow and that it’s also a cut and come again plant, we end up with the rhubarb all the way through from now until Autumn and as long as we cut it regularly it keeps growing and tastes delicious. With so much of the stuff – when we moved in we had a rhubarb bed that was 2m x 10m long – I’m always on the look out for different ways to use it and here’s just 10 simply delicious rhubarb recipes.
Homemade Rhubarb Marshmallows I’ve got to admit it I love marshmallows but I always thought they were an un-kitchen food to make, how wrong was I and these including homemade rhubarb syrup just taste divine – check out the recipe over at Hummingbird High – Homemade Rhubarb Marshmallows.
Our Families traditional Rhubarb Crumble recipe is still a firm favourite and the kids know it well that they get all the ingredients out in advance and help prepare it.
