Dot Marker Art for Toddlers

Day 20 of the 30 days to hands on play with The Imagination Tree and Hands on as we grow (almost 3/4’s of the way through). If you are joining in at what ever stage you are at I hope that you are having as much fun as we are with these challenges.

Today’s Challenge: Paint!

Now we love paint, but sometimes you need some not too messy paint as it can take a while to clean up J and T so I invested recently in some dot markers. I thought that these would be easy for T to paint but J has found them first. I would call them Bingo Markers we don’t really use them to dot things though, it’s more of a less messy way of painting, although J like me can get messy just looking at the paints.

Although we’ve had a busy day today, using dot markers means that we can sit down and paint together without having to get out brushes, overalls, paint pots etc….

  1. I get these for 1 dollar each at Dollar Tree…

  2. Dot markers fall into the category I call “luxury crafting supplies” – pricier than regular supplies, but so fun to use and beautifully easy 🙂
