Baby Activities and Ideas
It’s wonderful to see some baby orientated posts being linked up to Tuesday Tots this week and that even the tiniest tots are having fun and learning at the same time.
First off with some March Mommy and Baby Favourites if The House of Burke – I love these items and the list of tips that are useful for a teething youngster is especially helpful. I know a little girl (T!) who would love that owl.
No Twiddle Twaddle shares some great tips for reading with Babies – my favourite – don’t think all board books are suitable for babies – we have some fabulous board books that J and T are just getting into now but are great for having in the car with us where they seem more sturdy and durable – pop on over and see the other tips there.
Setting up play space for a crawler is fun I can tell you and KZ and Me shares how they set up their play space for babies. We had no trouble with J until 10 months he didn’t move off of the spot so his play space was around him, T was another matter and I wish I had read this post first.
How much fun can babies have in the bath – this water sensory play for babies from House of Burke is fabulous for sensory play with the youngest members of the family and they are learning about the senses and having fun at the same time.
I started writing Rainy Day Mum when T was 3 months old back in June 2011 and have compiled all of our activities that we did together in a handy post for you – with 35 ideas for baby play from 6 months to 18 months this is perfect for your Tiniest Tots and you to enjoy together.
